The Jawhar Stokes Foundation is committed towards the care, health and wellbeing of children diagnosed with rare diseases and genetic disorders. Our focus is on prevention, early detection and treatments that extend beyond traditional methods. We believe in empowering parents with the necessary education and resources to advocate and help meet the needs of their children. As part of our efforts we will also seek to bring awareness to the community with foundation sponsored events. Through open dialogue, we intend to provide an environment that supports and maintains strong family structures and help parents and families make informed choices. It is our hope that this foundation will begin the movement towards agents for change that lead to new advancements in research, cures or clear markers of the predisposition of these rare diseases and genetic disorders.
